Most signs are made and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping time is additional and will vary depending on your location.

Yes! Many of our signs can be customized with your choice of wording, size and colour. Available options vary by product. If you need something you don't see listed, contact us and we'll be happy to discuss a custom option.

All signs and letters shown on our website are made from durable PVC. We also offer acrylic and aluminum composite (Alupanel) for custom projects upon request. If you're interested in one of these materials, contact us to discuss your project.

Most of our signs and letters are made from ½" thick PVC, giving them a dimensional look when installed. Some designs are made from ¼" thick PVC. The thickness will always be noted in the individual product listing.

Yes! All of our PVC signs are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. PVC is a great choice for outdoor signage because it is lightweight, durable and moisture-resistant. Unlike wood, it won't rot, swell or warp from exposure to moisture, making it well suited for exterior signs and lettering. For the best results outdoors, signs should be securely installed using a mounting method appropriate for the surface and location.

All individual letters include double-sided hanging tape for easy indoor installation. For outdoor installations, the included hanging tape should not be used. Because exterior surfaces and conditions vary, the appropriate mounting method should be determined by your installer. We also offer a pin-mount option for outdoor building installations at an additional cost — contact us if you would like to add pin mounting to your order.

Yes! All orders with individual letters include an alignment template to help you position and space your letters correctly during installation.

Yes! We can turn your business logo into custom dimensional signage. Send us your logo in AI, EPS or PDF format along with the dimensions you're looking for, and we'll provide you with a custom quote.

Yes! Proofs are available upon request. If you would like to see a digital proof of your sign before we begin production, just let us know and we'll be happy to provide one.

Yes! We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Our signs are made in Canada and qualify for duty-free treatment under CUSMA/USMCA, so U.S. customers are not charged import duties or tariffs on our qualifying products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

No problem! We make custom signs every day. If you need a different size, design or configuration than what you see on our website, contact us with what you have in mind and we'll be happy to provide a custom quote.

Because our signs are made to order and personalized specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or we've made an error with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to make it right.
