We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price of our products. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout.

Processing time

Most signs are made and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping time is additional.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our signs are made to order and personalized specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or we’ve made an error with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and include clear photos of the damaged item. We may also require photos of the packaging. If the shipping box arrived damaged, please include a photo clearly showing the damage to the box.

Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the damage.
