Orders & Personalization

Many Letters by Leslie products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with their order, including wording, spelling, capitalization, size, colour selections and other personalization details. Products will be made according to the information provided at the time of purchase.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this time, production may have begun and we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at lettersbyleslie@gmail.com.

Proofs

Proofs are available upon request and are not automatically provided with every order.

If you request a proof, you are responsible for carefully reviewing the wording, spelling, capitalization, layout and other details shown before approving it.

Once a proof has been approved, your sign will be produced according to the approved design.

Colours

We make every effort to represent our colours accurately online. However, colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen, monitor and device settings.

Minor colour variations between what appears on screen and the finished product are not considered a defect.

Product Size & Appearance

Please review the dimensions and product information provided on the individual product page before ordering.

Because many of our products are made to order, the overall appearance and dimensions of personalized signs may vary depending on the wording, font, capitalization and options selected.

Installation

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate installation method for their surface and location and for properly installing their sign.

Installation requirements can vary depending on the sign, wall or building surface and whether the product is being installed indoors or outdoors.

Letters by Leslie is not responsible for damage to a sign, wall, building or other property resulting from improper installation or the use of an unsuitable mounting method.

Outdoor Use

Products identified as suitable for outdoor use may be installed outdoors; however, outdoor conditions vary significantly.

Product longevity may vary depending on weather, sun exposure, temperature, location, installation method and other environmental conditions. We do not guarantee a specific outdoor lifespan.

Customer-Supplied Logos & Artwork

If you provide a logo, artwork, wording or other design for us to reproduce, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permission to use that material.

By submitting artwork or other content to Letters by Leslie, you confirm that you have permission to have it reproduced for your order.

Letters by Leslie is not responsible for copyright, trademark or other intellectual property claims arising from customer-supplied artwork or content.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.

Shipping is included in the price of our products. Most signs are made and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery time is additional and varies depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our signs are made to order and personalized specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or Letters by Leslie has made an error with your order, please contact us. We will request photos so we can review the issue.

For shipping damage, photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required. If the shipping box arrived damaged, please include a clear photo showing the damage to the box.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or remake as appropriate.

Pricing & Currency

Product prices may be displayed in your local currency. The final price and currency applicable to your order will be shown during Shopify checkout.

Payments

Orders placed through our website are processed through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Letters by Leslie does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, images and other website information accurate and current. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Letters by Leslie is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, installation or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, policies or business practices. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
